Privacy Policy

Inner Blueprint is operated by Loosh Shopping (“we,” “us”). This policy explains how we collect, use, and share information when you use innerblueprint.app and the Inner Blueprint iOS app.

Information we collect

Depending on how you use Inner Blueprint, we may collect:

  • Account details. Email address and password, stored with Firebase Authentication.
  • Birth details. Name, date of birth, birth time, and birth place. We use these to generate your astrology and Human Design chart, reading, chat guidance, and calendar.
  • Readings and chat. Preview and full readings, chat messages, and the structured memory we keep so the guide can remember what you tell it (for example goals, preferences, and situations you describe).
  • Optional cycle information. If you turn on cycle tracking in the calendar, we store the start date and cycle length you enter so we can personalize timing. This is optional.
  • Subscription status. Whether Inner Blueprint+ is active, and related billing identifiers. We do not receive your full card number.
  • Contact and reviews. Messages you send through the contact form, and reviews or testimonials you choose to submit.
  • Device and usage data. IP address, browser or app version, pages or screens viewed, and similar diagnostics. On iOS, calendar reminders are scheduled on your device. We do not send those reminder contents to our servers.

How we use information

  • Create your chart, reading, PDF, chat replies, and personalized calendar.
  • Create and sign you into an account, restore your session, and provide Inner Blueprint+.
  • Send transactional email, such as your reading, subscription notes, and replies to support.
  • Process payments, prevent abuse, and understand how the product is used so we can improve it.
  • Measure marketing, including ads you may have seen before visiting the site.

We use third-party AI to write readings and chat replies. That means the birth details and conversation context needed to answer you are sent to our language-model provider in order to generate the response. We do not sell your personal information.

Payments

On the website, payments for the full reading and for Inner Blueprint+ chat are processed by Stripe. Stripe receives the payment details you enter. We store subscription status and Stripe customer or checkout identifiers, not your full card number.

In the iOS app, Inner Blueprint+ is billed through Apple In-App Purchase. Apple processes the payment. We receive a signed transaction from Apple so we can unlock your subscription. Manage or cancel iOS subscriptions in iPhone Settings, Apple ID, Subscriptions.

Who we share information with

We share information with services that help us operate Inner Blueprint, including:

  • Firebase (accounts and stored charts, sessions, and subscriber records)
  • OpenAI (reading and chat generation)
  • Chart and location providers used to build your Human Design / astrology data and to look up birth cities
  • Stripe (website payments)
  • Apple (iOS in-app purchases)
  • Resend (email delivery)
  • PostHog, Google Analytics, and Meta (product analytics and advertising measurement)
  • Sentry (error monitoring)

These providers process information on our behalf or, for ads and analytics, as described in their own policies. We may also disclose information if required by law, or to protect Inner Blueprint, our users, or the public.

Cookies and similar technology

The website uses cookies and similar storage for sign-in, analytics, and advertising measurement (including Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and PostHog). You can control cookies in your browser. The iOS app does not use website cookies. It stores session information on your device so you can stay signed in.

How long we keep information

We keep account, chart, chat, and subscription records for as long as you use Inner Blueprint, and for a reasonable period afterward so we can restore access, complete accounting, and handle support. You can ask us to delete your account and stored profile by emailing hello@innerblueprint.app.

Your choices

  • You can use a free preview without buying a full reading.
  • You can skip optional cycle tracking.
  • You can decline calendar notifications on iOS in system settings.
  • You can cancel Inner Blueprint+ on the web through your account, or on iOS through Apple subscriptions.
  • You can request access to or deletion of the personal information we hold about you.

If you are in a place with additional privacy rights (including the EEA, UK, or California), you may also have the right to correct information, object to or restrict certain processing, and lodge a complaint with a regulator. Email us and we will help.

Children

Inner Blueprint is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided birth details or an account, contact us and we will delete that information.

International use

We are based in the United States. If you use Inner Blueprint from another country, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site or app after an update means you accept the revised policy.
